We currently prioritize returns for refunds. For a different item, we recommend placing a new order on our website once your return is processed.

Receive Instructions: We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to ship your return. Returns shipped without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Ship Your Return: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging and mail them to the address we provide. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our end (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item).Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Yes! To make holiday shopping easier, we offer an extended exchange window for gifts. Purchases madebetween November 1st and December 31stcan be exchanged within60 days of the delivery date. Proof of purchase (original receipt or order confirmation) is required. Please note this appliesonlyto exchanges for a different item or store credit; standard return policies (including exceptions) still apply for refunds.
