1. Products & Pricing
Product Descriptions: We strive to display accurate product colors, designs, and materials (e.g., 14K Gold, Sterling Silver, gemstone type). However, minor variations in images may occur due to photography lighting and monitor settings. The written description supersedes the image.
Material Disclosure: All products are clearly labeled with their material composition (e.g., "14K Gold Plated," "Sterling Silver," "Lab-Created Sapphire"). It is your responsibility to read these descriptions before purchase.
Pricing: All prices are listed in [USD/EUR/GBP]. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed on the Site at the time of checkout.
2. Orders & Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Our acceptance of your order is confirmed only when we send you an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including for issues with product availability, errors in product pricing, or suspected fraud.
3. Shipping, Duties, & Delivery
International Shipping: We ship worldwide from China. Shipping times and costs vary by destination.
Import Duties & Taxes: You (the customer) are solely responsible for paying any and import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), customs fees, or other taxes levied by your country's customs authorities. These fees are not within our control and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Failure to pay these fees may result in your package being held or returned, for which we are not liable.
Title & Risk of Loss: Title to the goods and risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the international carrier.
4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Return Window: We accept returns for unworn items in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact within 30 days of delivery.
Hygiene Restriction: For health and safety reasons, pierced jewelry (e.g., earrings) is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
Return Process: You must first contact us at support@energygalaxyeg.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns received without an RMA will not be processed.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Original shipping costs and any import duties you paid are non-refundable.
Defective Goods: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a free return, exchange, or refund.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including designs, text, graphics, images, logos, and software, is the property of Energy Galaxy or its suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
Energy Galaxy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.
